"I've been in this area 19 years and one day decided to stop in because my Granddaughter wanted ice cream. Better than Rita's (in my opinion). The strawberry and butter pecan are awesome!"

"If you’re reading this review, it’s probably because you haven’t tried Holiday Ice Cream before. What’s taken you so long?!? This is THE BEST ice cream parlor that I’ve ever visited across 6 continents!!No joke! I first tried it in 1991 when my parents moved to Beverly (Holiday Lake was still open). It hasn’t changed an iota since then. On their handwritten flavor board, they list the 50+ (classic, not exotic) flavors available. Generous servings? A “medium” exceeds a pint. Pricing has barely budged over multiple decades. Parking can be a challenge in the warmer months because it’s so popular & you should be prepared to wait 30+ minutes on warm weekend nights. BUT it’s worth the wait! We’ve driven over an hour (from PA) just for some of their scoops."

"People were not kidding! It's cheap! It tastes great! I'm a full grown man and this is still a lot of ice cream. And this is the medium! They go up to extra large! My grandparents live not even ten minutes away. And I'm only learning about it now. All the years. WASTED!"

"We get ice cream from here regularly, which is great. The most impressive thing are their ice cream cakes. They are massive and being able to choose the ice cream flavors is awesome. They have a nice thick layer of crumble. We’ve ordered a few! Definitely 5 stars."

"A bit overwhelming in selection. An ultimate sundae is in a large cup, sandwiches with peanut butter and chocolate sauce with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. A banana split comes with a choice of 3 ice cream scoops, and 3 additional toppings, also with whipped cream and several maraschino cherries. Didn't realize how big both of these are. Great value for the price!"

"Best local ice cream spot hands down. The price is right and the portions are huge! The small is what most overpriced places will call a large . Give yourself some time because the menu is pretty vast and everything is worth trying."
